Rent PPM has been managing quality apartment and townhome communities, as well as, single family homes for over 10 years from our Stuarts Draft, Virginia location. In a continuing effort to better serve our residents, we are proud to announce the opening of our new facility.

As of March 20, 2009, all rental and maintenance operations will be headquartered out of Fishersville, VA, off of Route 250. The new office will have improved capabilities with a more convenient location to our properties.

The Stuarts Draft, Virginia facility will be closed as of March 20, 2009. All equipment, personnel, and existing orders will be transferred to the Fishersville, Virginia office. This is a very exciting time for our Company. I am confident the decision to move to a more modern and efficient facility will bring improved quality and faster service to our residents. These innovations will also help us control cost and maintain a competitive edge in a growing market.

All efforts are being made to maintain uninterrupted service to our residents. Our rental staff will keep you updated on any changes in policies or procedures. Our operational goal is to make a seamless transition.

Below is our new address and contact information. All email addresses will remain the same, as well as, our website. You may submit payment online through PayPal, send in checks or money orders to our new PO Box in Fishersville or use our drop-box located outside of our office.
