Dear Valued Resident:

As you all know, RentPPM decided to go green as of February 1^st, 2009. This will be the last paper statement that you will be receiving unless you selected to continue to receive paper statements, in which case, you will be getting them by mail. Due to our recent change in software, we will no longer be accepting payments through Payment Service Network (PSN).

Here is a list of the other options for paying your bill:

Bring your payment to our office Monday thru Friday from 8-5, or use the drop box located outside of our office during after hours. We have relocated! Our new office is now located at 1563 Jefferson Hwy, Suite 101 in Fishersville, VA. We are just past the Post Office on Rt. 250 going towards Staunton.

                                            (MUST BE IN ALL CAPS)

        Previous tenants: Your Client ID has been been delivered to you in a letter.
        New Residents: Your Client ID will be given to you at your lease signing.

SIGN UP INSTRUCTIONS:

Go to Myrentalhome.com

Click on the icon that says - "I am a resident with a home managed on ……."

Select "Create Account" and enter information as requested. The activation information will be sent to your e-mail account. Check your e-mail.

Open the email from admin@myhomerental.com. Click on the link provided in the e-mail from to verify your account.

Selecting the link will open a new window. Select "Logon". Enter your e-mail address & the password that you previously entered.

When the welcome screen comes up, select “Link an account with your logon” then click "Continue".

On the next screen, fill out the above provided information and then select “Link Accounts”.
